1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
3 eggs
1 cup sour milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups flour
1/2 cup jelly
Preheat oven to 350º. Cream together sugar and butter.
Blend in eggs and sour milk. Sift in dry ingredients. Blend well. Add jelly.
Blend thoroughly. Pour into prepared cake pan and bake until done.
