Because of our
weather, summer tent camping is popular along Lake Havasu's shoreline and
along the river on the Parker strip. During the winter months RV camping is
popular with the winter visitors, who sometimes camp overnight in stretches
of desert between Lake Havasu City and Havasu Heights, as well as enjoying
our parks and sites along the lake.
