Wet Tissue Paper Designs

Materials Needed:
Colored tissue paper
Bowl of starch
Piece of white cardboard or paper plate
Scissors

Directions:
1. Cut or tear tissue paper into shapes.

2. Dip tissue into starch, wipe off excess starch then apply to cardboard or plate to create a picture.
