Mudshark/Chamber Cream Ale Partnership Generates Funds

             The year-long Commerce Cream Ale partnership with Mudshark Brewery continues to provide funding for the Lake Havasu Havasu Area Chamber of Commerce.
             Early last fall, Chamber officials met with Scott and Tina Stocking of Mudshark Brewery to request a specially brewed beer to help the Chamber celebrate its 40^th birthday. Commerce Cream Ale was born following that conversation and since that time, sales of draught and bottled beer with the Cream Ale label have generated nearly $3,000 in funds to the Chamber.
           “Celebrating a 40^th birthday is significant and we wanted to do something different to commemorate the occasion,” said Lisa Krueger, the Chamber’s President/CEO. “Scott and Tina were all for the idea and it’s been a great year for all of us to have Commerce Cream Ale available at Mudshark and other locations in the city and at our mixers and special events.”
           Krueger said the Chamber will celebrate with the brew until June 30; Commerce Cream Ale will be available at the Chamber’s Annual Meeting and Celebration of Business that will be held Friday, June 10 at the Chamber of Commerce Community Stage in London Bridge Beach Park.
