existing business to a new location requires a new business license.
● Applications obtained in the Finance
Department at City Hall. (928) 855-2116
● Simple Application Fee.
● The City's Community Development,
Engineering, Police Departments and Fire may review the application.
Home Occupations
● Some home occupations are allowed,
providing the peace, quiet, and domestic tranquility within the
residential neighborhood is preserved.
● Home Occupations must comply with the
following criteria:
1. Business must be incidental and secondary to the principal use of
the residence.
2. Business must be carried on completely within the principal
building and may not occupy more than 25 percent of the total floor
space.
3. No employees or assistants may be engaged for services on the
premises, other than members of the resident family.
